Order Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order and get your 100% money back within 24 hours from your purchasing time .All your need to do is send us an email with subject line “Order Cancellation” along with your order details to help@dazzlingup.com, we will help you within 24 hours.

If you cancel your order from 24 hours to 48 hours, we will be sending your item to your address from our warehouse. Therefore, please be informed that a management, processing and transaction fee (20% of your total order value) will be applied for the cancellation.

If you try to cancel your order ONCE you received a Shipping Confirmation email , we will not be able to issue a refund or any exchange as the item(s) has already been packaged and shipped out to you.

Product Return Policy

We accept the return on products which were shipped out by us and if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item or damaged item). 

The return policy will ONLY apply to damaged items or products that have any manufacturing problems. We will not make any refunds or changes once the product has been successfully delivered in normal condition.

If your product is damaged or defected, please kindly email us with the subject line “Return: Damage or Defected item with your order #” along with a photograph , after we verify, we will immediately send you a new one.

Our policy lasts 30 days from arrival date. If 30 days have gone by since you received the item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please be noted that we will not proceed the return/refund for any item(s) not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Also, we do not refund shipping cost. Return shipping is to be paid by the Buyer.  

* Note: If you are shipping an item over $75, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Otherwise, we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned :Gift cards, DIY products, downloadable software products, health and personal care items, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials,  flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our support team via help@dazzlingup.com for more information.

Refund Policy ( If applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or Missing Refunds ( If applicable) 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time (2-5 business days) before a refund is posted.

We currently do not offer exchanges.
